Naughty in the sense of tricky, sly, almost deviant ....! 

There are so many suggestions from top to bottom. Begin with the whole picture first ... then, just zoom out and take it all in. I see a Medusa-like creature with stringy old hair and a melting-wax face. She looks immortal ... look at her ... despite all the dents, bumps and even shotgun bullet holes on her, she sits there defiantly like a queen. She has intertwined creatures on her body that look like they are in some sort of bacchanal orgy. There are no signs of actual living creatures (birds or animals) on or around her.

I bet she's a baobab tree, she is worshiped in some parts of Africa.  You can start thinking about TAOT (ጣዖት)  and  ADBAR (አድባር) and that should complete the picture for you!

Okay, that's enough discussion about a gnarly old tree!

    The following commentary is in response to Jennifer Wright's article in  
     Harper's Bazar titled :  "Why Stripping U.S. Citizens of Their Passports Is   
     a Precursor to Genocide" * 

And when they're done with Latinos, they'll come after Asians, and Africans.  Then, the persecutions will be religion-based ... all non-Christians better watch out ! 
The takeaway from the current directions of evil-design is that the outcome will all depend on the level of indifference by the unaffected as well as the lack of preparedness by the victims. 
By the by, I have heard that some members of a very large immigrant community here are actively going out and purchasing arms for personal protection.  They definitely are not planning to be herded like sheep into some fascist-built slaughterhouses.
CONCLUSION:  Taking away anyone's rights of citizenship, rights to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness"', can only lead to a bloody revolution.  It won't be pretty!
